In the Beginning

This begins my venture of blogging!  I want to keep people updated on things that happen in Washington, so hopefully this can be a way of doing that.  

I leave in exactly 23 days and am getting increasingly excited/anxious/nervous.  

Since it is the beginning, I suppose I have very little to say, I just thought the blog space needed something on it!
